Nice and informative review, congrats! :) If you have trouble with the controls you can always use imurvai's great Brickcontroller app with a gamepad and assign physical controls. It works with BuWizz 2.0 now as well ;)

Sbrick is a bit cheaper, but with the Buwizz you get the battery to. a lego li-ion battery box is around $70-80.

Plus BuWizz caps at 11.2 V. Much better than the voltage in your normal lego battery box

Yes, Lego Motors are rated to 12V. It is perfectly fine

I don't have a BuWizz because i think it is very expensive. So I use a SBrick and 9V block battery. It is small also, have better stering options and enough power for control a big model.

hi I have new buwizz brick and lights are on , when they should be totaly off Is that problem or is it just because I have new brick? Lights are off just in slow mode when they are off but in normal fast and ludicrous mode are on altought should be of.

you got to remember that the Rechargeable battery is included, if you use a Sbrick a lego Rechargeable battery is around $60-$80

All the specs are on the BuWizz website here - buwizz.com/tech-specs/ The battery usually lasts for 15 to 120 minutes, depending on how much load there is on it.
