Home loan is not a problem its a blessing if you use it wisely. 99% people buy get stuck because they go over board in hindi aukhat hai 50 lac ki property le lege 1.5 crore ki. Emi is almost fixed rent will almost double or triple in next 20 years, good luck paying 1 lac rent when you’re in 60’s. You should get home loan but with caution least tenure possible and don’t go over board just because you’re eligible for the amount. If you get a loan don’t sell the property in middle of loan term otherwise your interest rate would turned out to be 12-18% instead of 6%. So buy a property which you would not sell for next 20 years.

1.But sir if we are paying eg 8k rent forever ,it's better to pay 8k as emi for just 20years and house is permanent ours. 2. If we continue living on rent , we end up with no asset. But if we pay house loan emi for 20 years, after tenure we have a house as asset which can generate rental income.

Home loan is also important.....only thing is we should repay it wisely within 9-10 years... staying in rent for lifelong is also not feasible...... rent also doesn't stays same throughout your life....what if you loose your job.....at one point your rent will also become equal to the EMI which you are paying now...so it's better to buy a home anyhow

As per zorba aap rent pe ghar le lo.. Sochne wali baat hai jo rent pe de raha hai wo bhi to uska apna ghar hai.. inke hisab se kuch mat lo.. No house, no car, no bike, no mobile etc.
So how should we make ASSETS in life? Please make a video on that. Because inflation is 6-7% right now. We are loosing money what we earned.

if we hv emi , we have fixed way to go our money which is making our asset, otherwise our money will be wasted here and there in buying thing .. after some year your home becomes free .. only you have to regularly pay your emi and try to do repayment as soon as possible

In Bangalore renting 2BHk is costing 40k per month and in next 3-4 years it may cross 50k and around 2 lakhs per month after 20 years .. isn't it's sensible to buy a flat and pay 50k as emi for 20 years and end of the day the flat is urs ?

Rent - 20000 , 10% increased every year If you want shift again you wasted time for search new given 50% amount to broker. I disagree sir. I think no one can buy home on cash payment. Unka kya. Kabhi advantages bhi bata diya karo, like if u hv home loan then benifits like 1) Tax benifits 2) Lowest ROI available 3) better to pay interest then Rent. Afterall end of the day u can be owner of ur property. 4)U can start sip of 0.1Percent of ur loan emi to gain ur interest. 5)highest invesment assests is ur Property & gold. 6) U can pay advance prepayment to save interest. So u must take home loan to be owner of ur property😊😊
