Vastly overpriced for foreigners. In Thai terms that has no land. Cheapest windows and doors you can buy. And looking at it I would say a cheap build. If you're married to a Thai, buy some land, build a house with much more space. Our five bed house in cha am has five Rai of land and cost less than half that.

as a foreigner i would not own a property in Thailand . A wise man told me once " never own more in Thailand than what you're prepared to walk away from " . I love Thailand and would move there tomorrow - BUT ONLY TO RENT .

renting is pretty ok considered how affordable it is and how the land laws are unfavourable to us foreigners. Unless u marry a good thai wife and would like to leave some estate in her name, otherwise no real advantage of buying a property in thailand

Hi all, Thanks again for the video. Again looks a bit to expensive with no pool. Did not like the design as well, as you said there seems to be lots on the market at the moment some cheaper with a pool. How far from Hue Hin town center would you go?.
@HereComeTheParkers

We would go south as far as Ranong (400km) and north as far as Cha Am (35km). The only restriction east / west is the ocean and the Myanmar border.

Don't buy it. Rent. Invest at home and use the proffit to pay for the rent. If you buy it, you are stacked in one place. It may be difficult to sell. What if the exchange rate changes and it will become very expensive in Thiland.
@HereComeTheParkers

Thanks for your comment ! We don't wish to live anywhere else. If Thailand becomes so expensive then we would presume the rents would go up as well. Having our own house to live for us seems a better plan.
