菜脯煎蛋
材料:
菜脯一包
雞蛋3隻
處理:
1. 菜脯,用滾水浸半小時或以上,去除鹹味。
2. 菜脯,清水洗乾淨,揸乾水分。
3. 菜脯,切細粒。
烹調:
1. 白鑊,無油,放菜脯,中慢火烘乾水分,壓一壓菜脯。
2. 轉慢火,加入油半茶匙,煎脆菜脯,放碗內。
3. 雞蛋,打勻。
4. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
5. 放一半蛋漿落鑊,加入菜脯煎香,再加入剩餘的蛋漿。
6. 蛋餅一面已煎金黃色,反轉再煎。
7. 蛋餅兩面都已煎至金黃色,上碟。
8. 完成,可享用。
