Mongo Jello: Gelatin 50g Cool water 850g Mango juice 1000g Stir gelatin in the cool water. Heat on medium-low over the stoventop until gelatin Is dissolved. Add in mango juice and stir for 5~6 minutes. Pour the liquid into clean bowls or molds. Chill in a refrigerator for hours before serving. Enjoy!
