Some games just region block china for this very reason. I am from Singapore and I have to play in Asia servers for the best latency. Apex Legends, 8/10 games I meet at least 1 player who is just a bot spamming voice chat and selling cheats in mandarin. Game experience already ruined from the start before I even get to play. PUBG + PUGB mobile is the same, you go into a lobby and you hear people selling cheats on ALL TALK mode and obviously in the matches, we tend to meet chinese cheaters. CSGO was the same but the cheaters tend to come from China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, India & Philippines. I used an extension to check my CSGO history, and there were at least 55% of my competitive games that had 1 cheater who got banned. Not sure of the ones who got away with cheating. Even a game like GTA V, where no mechanical skill is involved, you get to meet a ton of modders who are from China, and again, every single server, you will see a chinese player who will join a session and advertise cheats/mods to players. It''s always a chinese name or some kinda spammy name and advertising in chinese characters. In the gaming world, China players are and should be considered viruses that is toxic to any modern game, just purely based on the fact that they are openly and aggressively selling cheats. In your previous video, you even mentioned that their internet gaming cafes offers cheats to it's patrons as well. I find that extremely distasteful. I have met a handful of chinese players across many games that do not cheat and also hate cheaters as much as I do, however, base on the reason I just mentioned, region blocking China is the way to go. I appreciate the fact that you are trying to be nice and politically correct when you talk about chinese cheaters, but cheaters don't deserve such respect and if a nation's gamer base cannot do anything to stop this rubbish, they should suffer by getting region blocked and playing with their own citizens until they can do something about it rather than let the whole of asia suffer and give up games because of chinese cheaters.

Well if a game tends to region block China, they'll get scolded for being racist. Maybe region block might end up having a good result for shutting up hackers, but the vast majority of innocence players will be also affected. It's not really a right decision to shut down a region because of the minority of it's kind The best way i think would be working with China gaming company to make the game publish in China, So China agent would be able to handle cheating issues using lawsuits And even if u region block a region. If u use hack it would not be a problem for them to use VPN, look at how h1z1 ended up doing the region block thing. So to sum it up, Publishing a game in China is kinda like region locking, so base on my opinion it would rather be a better way than region locking which might cause hatred to the game community

@@Restya A smarter way is opening a chinese-only server and move all china-ip players automatically to that server. Respawn can simply say that they do this to improve latency in China; nobody will call this racism. 一種煉蠱的概念

@@taylorchu Just sell it to Tencent or Netease, they have special relationship with the PRC Agencies (Simply speaking: Guanxi / Corruption). I gave this suggestion on Apex Twitter but they dont response to this. They can also ban those player / IP from Internet Cafe coz the owner provide cheat / hack to their customers.

@@Restya PUBG Mobile published by tencent, the number of cheaters is enormous. As for the suggestion of letting a chinese company publish a game, it still affects everyone in Asia because they are definitely going to be hosting Asian servers for the rest of us asian players.. at end of the day, we still get thrown into the mix just because chinese players make up a huge majority of the gaming population. Maybe game producers should look into hiring these people who code and update the hacks to protect the game instead of the standard anti-cheats everyone uses nowadays to "police" their game. Platforms like FaceIt and ESEA are doing a much better job at policing their servers. Not saying they are perfect but these cheaters don't last long on such platforms and maybe more games should look up to these companies to at least protect their own customers.
