Ingredients for Chawal Ka Dosa
चावल - Raw Rice - 1 Cup , soaked
नमक - Salt - 1 tsp
जीरा - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
हरी मिर्च - अदरक - Green Chilli - Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
काली मिर्च - Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, crushed
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves - 1-2 tbsp, finely chopped
1. Soak rice in water for 3-4 hours.
2. Remove water and grind rice with water.
3. Pour batter in a bowl, add water and mix well. Then add salt, cumin seeds, ginger-
green chilli paste, black pepper and coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep the batter for 10
min.
4. Heat the tawa and spread oil on it. Spread the batter and cook till light brown from
below. Flame will be medium-high.
5. Take it out when cooked. Spread the rest the same way. Crispy rice dosa will be
ready. Serve and enjoy the taste.
