Your video put me on the ca delta 4-21-21 first bluegill trip in 20 years , got a old tracker boat ,anchored opposite 7 mile slough and killed them on red worms , I’m addictive now at 60 years old took me back 50 years thank you , awesome video

They’re starting about now but will be more productive about mid October through December. They’re usually around the edges of weeds 10 plus feet of water. Thanks for stopping by.

Yes we like redears from Deltas. Clearlake fishes, we don’t want to consume too much or give away due to high mercury levels. Majority of the times, we give fishes we keep to our families and friends who can’t fish. Thank you for watching.

We’re using the crappies setups for the bluegills/redears. The setup I have is a shimano Stradic CI4 1000 paired with a st croix avid avs66lf rod. Thanks for stopping by.

Yes, you can launch at Kings Island or Paradise. The Paradise has a better launch than Kings Island. Go give it a try. Just look around weedy areas with about 10 ft or deeper. Have fun out there.

We catch a lot of bass accidentally already. We fished for bass in the past but now it’s mainly crappies, stripers and some redears.
