5 ginger slices
sichuan pepper
1 chili(optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (can be replaced by 1 tsp of sugar)
1 tbsp of vinegar.
cook 2 minutes with cover on and 1 minute without cover.
