@@ChefMonkey Do you mind too terribly if I pick your brain? Are you still doing land in TN, and if so...what made you choose TN over any other state. There's a lot of them to choose from! :) Sidebar query: what is the climate like in Armenia?
@ChefMonkey
Жыл бұрын
Let’s see, climate is a big one. I don’t like constant rain (like Oregon or WA), and I don’t want crazy cold for more than 2-3 months. Some of the beautiful parts like Montana and Wyoming are dreamy but way too cold. Texas didn’t work as it was too desert and bugs were impossible to deal with, and it was hard to grow, that left me with very little options. Second, taxes! No income tax, low property tax, although sales tax is the highest I’ve seen. Nature! Road infrastructure! Armenia is 4 seasons. Just like Tennessee. The only thing TN has that we don’t have in Armenia are the crazy winds and tornadoes. Not looking forward to those. I don’t like wind.

I am going to be that guy here, no likes him, but, Safety glasses and an eye wash station/clean water source will help from getting an errant piece of saw dust embedded in your eyes. A friend had an ER visit to remove sawdust and a splinter from his eye. He had to wear an eye patch for a while, and he was fortunate to have his full vision afterwards. Doc told him there was no guarantee it does not affect his eyesight later on in life.

@@ChefMonkey Nice, i did a fasting few weeks ago. i have a question. When you are fasting after few days you starting to feel sensitivity in various parts of your body. Why your body becomes sensitive? what is causing that? is it inflamation? maybe you can explain that?
@ChefMonkey
Жыл бұрын
@@genadimaxi5287 That's a good question. I think they body is releasing inflammation which is allowing you to notice what is actually going on in your body. I think that is the best time to take notes as to what is hurting, be it muscular, spinal, joints, etc.. Usually due to inflammation I think we don't notice these things and allow them to develop into something worse over time. Fasting has helped me to identify the problem areas of my body so that I can address them. That would be my opinion.
@genadimaxi5287
Жыл бұрын
@@ChefMonkey you have mentioned in your fasting video, that during fast your body creates stem cells. also your body heals. is there any relation between inflammation and healing and stem cells? do new stem cells go to places where inflammation appears and heal those parts? or these are totally separated things and stem cells do something else?
