Hey, I’ve got 2 questions if that’s okay. My first one is your doing food service and a passenger won’t stop talking to you, and it’s putting you behind on serving the other passengers what would you do? My other question is you spill a drink on the trolly and it’s going everywhere but a passenger is wanting something at the same time, would you clean the trolly first and then serve the passenger or the other way round? Thank you :)

Very helpful indeed ma'am, but the question is: what would you do if there were no seats available + no other passengers willing to change seats in the case of unruly/screaming child then? This wasn`t quite clear. Thanks!

Hi there, when you get training, you will be provided with all of that kind of information. I don’t actually train cabin crew. You could also try and find a cabin crew forum online. Good luck!

Hello ma'am help me please . What can I say in this situation ? During boarding a blind passenger ask for your help but you are allready caught up in some business helping a group of the passengers who can not find their boarding cards. Inform the colleague cabin crew about the situation and ask for his / her help. I will be thankful of your answer. Your video helped me very much big thanks for you .

I don’t do cabin crew training, however, I would suggest you ask your colleagues for help. Again though, this is just what I would do.
