The delight on the band's faces as they perform this piece is almost distracting. They love playing it as much as we love experiencing it. Thank you Brian, this is joy set to music.

There are moments in this SMiLE concert where some of the band members- Nelson, Paul, Jeffery, Taylor just look delighted or triumphant. I love the way during " Fire" the members of Stockholm Horns and Strings flourish their fire helmets as they put them on.

Brian had a resurgence once they got rid of the crackpot doctor that kept him sedated all those years. Now he has dementia but the early 2000’s were awesome. This almost makes me cry.

This is three minutes and nine seconds of total awe inspiring perfection featuring a quirky Brian Wilson - Van Dyke Parks composition that I love more than many huge Beach Boys hits. Yes, quirky in such a very good way that I never tire of hearing it over and over. It's vastly full of individual sounds and parts that the more I listen, the more I hear. If a person can't wrap their head around something, it would have to be this song for me. For as short as the piece actually is, so much is delivered during that period of time and I just can't wrap my head around such total perfection. Thank you Brian!

Lucky enough to catch Brian's original Pet Sounds, Lucky Old Sun and Smile tours in the Royal Festival Hall in London excellent acoustics deserving of the qualities of the band playing, seeing and hearing this takes me back, still remember being totally captivated for whole sets in each concerts. @@paulamiles9559 Very heart felt album and performance, biographical with that Brian Wilson quirkiness, upbeat songs and some soulful ballads, very reminiscent of lots of Beach Boy albums with Brian's input like the last one TWGMTR or earlier ones where Carl and Dennis added that Wilson soulful vibe. Just to add Al Jardine, Mike Love, Bruce Johnston, David Marks, Blondie Chaplin and Ricky Fataar all added to the creativity of The Beach Boys along with numerous collaborators, lyricists and session musicians, as surely is the case with Brian's band, everybody needs a little help sometimes.
