I have the same exact reaction but not with coffee or plain old caffeine from things like soda. Tea and Monster are the only things that seem to (regulate) everything and loosen my muscles with my mild CP personally. I wish there was a heather option and i think the main reason we’re wired like this is because we share the same characteristics to ADHD and have some sort of deficiency in not just dopamine but something else entirely. I personally believe it’s some sort of lack of a vitamin But i don’t know which one. All i know for certain that it sucks and at the moment I have some sort of dependency. I think the only way to stop the anxiety is to cut caffeine completely then you will get caffeine withdrawal headaches. But if you can't quit completely you can drink caffeine in moderation or drink it when you really really need it.
