Clark has this freak ability to pass to an open spot even before the teammate has made her cut. Her teammates have only begun to adjust to this ability and move to these spots. Sides was unprepared from the first game on coaching this matter.

Team win. And Clark's best attribute is her court vision and passing, not her 3 point shooting. She's also a solid rebounder at her position. Mitchell and Boston were huge and Copper having a sub-par scoring night enabled the win. Clark must vary her scoring and improve her ball handling to move to the next level. I'm not worried about TOs as this was a new team for her but I don't like the ball security TOs. Temi F. makes a big difference for the Fever. This wasn't so much Taurasi vs. Clark and Griner was a big dog in this game.

The Phoenix Mercury's average attendance -- during their best season ever in 2023 -- was 9,197. For this game, they sold 17, 701 tickets. That's a "sellout," and the same attendance as the average Phoenix SUNS game. What else is there to say? I don't understand all you Caitlin Clark "haters" out there. She's clearly a basketball & media phenomenon...and it has NOTHING whatsoever to do with race. Tiger Woods revolutionized golf, and exploded the public's interest in the game. Is he white? Nope. Michael Jordan brought the NBA to all-time heights of popularity, and created -- all by HIMSELF -- the multi-billion dollar global sneaker industry. Is he white? I don't believe so. And why has Caitlin Clark captured America's imagination? It's because she shoots deep, logo 3-pointers, like the Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry. Is Mr. Curry white? It doesn't seem like it. Ms. Clark's athletic charisma has NOTHING to do with race. We need to put that nonsense to rest.

Diana has 5 gold medals and holds the record in THIS LEAGUE for most points all time at over 10,000. She has won 3 titles in the W. This is after an exceptional college career with 3 championships and 3 POY awards. Tf are you talking about? Do you even know? It sounds like the answer is no. And then to call for her to “give up” her spot to someone that hasn’t put in the work? TFOH🙄

Coaching staff should have known that Clark is one rebound shy of creating history as the first rookie in WNBA history with a triple double. Up by 5 with few seconds remaining, they should have inserted Clark with a hope of a rebound. NBA teams do this all the time.
