50 gr Starch
150 gr. Butter
200 gr. Condensed milk
200 ml. Cream (33-35% fat)
1 tbsp. l Powdered sugar
Vanillin to taste
Glaze:
50 gr Cocoa powder
50 gr Dark chocolate
80 gr. Sugar
20 gr. Butter
14 tbsp. l Water (room temperature)
The temperature of the oven is 180 degrees, the cooking time is 5-7 minutes.
