Vanilla sugar 10 g / 0.35 oz.
Cornstarch 60 g / 2 oz.
Milk 700 ml / 24 fl oz.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Butter 45g / 1.5oz.
Water 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz and milk 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
A pinch of salt.
A teaspoon of sugar.
Butter 80 gr / 2.8 oz.
When the mixture starts to boil, add 120g of flour.
Cook over medium heat for another 2 minutes.
Let the dough cool for 5 minutes.

Add the beaten eggs little by little.
I usually don't need to add everything, my eggs weigh 70g each in the shell.
When the dough slowly comes away from the spoon, it is ready.
Shape about 18 cm / 7 inches.
Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes, then turn off the oven, leave the door open about 2 cm and leave the cake in there for another 10 minutes.

Mascarpone cream cheese 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
Laminated Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
