1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 cups milk (720 ml / 24.3 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.

30 grams of almond flakes (3 tablespoons).
Bake for 35-38 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
