Cake Kati / Ecaterina is an old traditional desert, with a unique steamed meringue/marshmallow, biscuit and chocolate rum cream combination. The biscuits, cream and meringue are homemade; all procedures are outlined in the video

200ml milk
3 egg yolks
10g baking powder
2 tbsp lemon juice

20g cocoa powder
3 tbsp apricot jam
10g vanilla sugar
1 tsp rum flavouring

3 egg whites
150g sugar
