Tips:
--Use Good watts Hand Blender , I use 400 watts
--Try beating White part of the Egg First and then add Yellow part for better results.
--Keep the Gel Color in Fridge before adding to Whipped cream. So that Whipping cream will not break
--Use Digital Measuring scale.
