Hello! Today I bring you a recipe that will save you on more than one occasion, CLASSIC VANILLA CAKE classic pastry recipes, classified as a light shake.

INGREDIENTS
✨ 4 medium eggs
✨ 120 g common sugar
✨ 120 g flour 0000 / all-purpose flour / all proposed flour
➡️ In this case I made it with vanilla, that's why I added a little vanilla essence, but you can make it any flavor you want.
➡️ To make it out of cocoa you have to replace 10/15% of flour with good quality bitter cocoa and you will add it along with the sifted dry ingredients.

‼️The amount of shake needed for the molds is calculated by number of eggs!!
* For a mold with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 5: 4 eggs.
* For a mold with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 5: 5 eggs.
* For a mold with a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 5: 6 eggs.
* For a 20x30x5 cm mould: 5 eggs.
