Thank you for this explanation, big thumbs up. I've watched a couple of videos on other channels trying to explain what patch points are, often suggesting that they're practically interchangeable with "aux tracks". Thanks to you I now understand patch points and aux tracks are in fact different things (otherwise one of them would be a redundant option), although they often work together.

Great video. Could you just create a parallel bus add as a send. so you not creating to many Aux and patches or duplicating tracks or is the patches a better way

Aux bus and Patch Point have similar but specific purpose to audio routing functions in Cakewalk.

@@RecordingStudio9 What are the specifics? I found this a bit convoluted. Trying to remember all the directions of the signals must get confusing, and feel like getting tied in knots. How do you keep track of where everything is going?
