So instead of being excreted in the stool, the oxalate spills over into the urine where it can then bind free calcium. Then since the nephrons are much smaller lumens there is a greater chance of lithiasis. Correct?

So how to treat this? I think I messed up my gut due to stomach acid medicine and many courses of antibiotics... Now when I consume even a liiiiiittle bit of oxalate, I have UTI - bcs bacteria live in the crystals in my urinary tract.

I do no grains, no dairy. So basically meat, fish and low oxalate vegetables and spices.
