Mahendra kumar yadav Hi, You can import your NDVI results into ArcMap and in Spatial Analyst toolbox you have cell statistics option Just check if it helps.

Hi,Just find out the formula for NDSI and apply the formula in the above tutorial. You will be able to do it. You can also try mathematical operations in ArcGIS
