SUSHI is one of my favorite Japanese food. We can never go wrong on making sushi at home just make sure you all have the good ingredients. We can put anything as fillings for sushi. On this video i made it crispy/crunchy.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Rice
1 Cup Japanese/ Sushi Rice ( cooked according to package)
1 1/2- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar/ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
3/4 Tsp Salt
Tempura Flakes
Tempura Batter/ Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil for Frying
For the filling
1/2 Cucumber ( julienne cut )
1/2 Carrots ( julienne cut )
200 gms Immitation Crab Meat
1-2 Tbsp Mayonnaise/Japanese Mayo
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder
Nori Sheets

Note:
1. You can make 2-4 Rolls of Sushi on 1 Cup of Rice depending on the rice you are going to put on each roll
2. You can also use any kind of rice as long as it slightly sticky rice. Jasmine rice will do.
3. You can cut the Nori Sheets into half or else it is not sushi it is Burrito 😀
4. When putting the rice into Nori spread evenly but slightly push. Do not smash the rice.
