Question No. 2 (ERROR) Based on the information provided from the FSC guide, which states, "The right of self-defense ceases when there is no further danger from an assailant," the correct answer for Question 2 is: Option A: True This is because the legal right to self-defense is limited to the duration of the physical threat or danger. Once the threat has ceased or the assailant is no longer dangerous, the right to self-defense ends.

I just took the CA version test today and the number 2 question was the only one that I got wrong. I didn't see this error correction statement until now because I was going to post the correction. You should consider adding a layover in the video for the correction instead because not everyone would read comments. Thanks to your video, I saw all the majority of the questions on the test. The only true/false question that I didn't see was about having firearms in the house would increase the rate of suicide/depression. I don't remember the exact word but it's something like that and the correct answer is True.

Yup, just failed that question on my test. Thanks. Maybe update the video and not just make a correction in the comments.

Even without the correction, it's funny to me that anyone would miss the question because based in its most basic form, without knowing details of a particular case, common sense tells you that when a threat is no longer a threat, meaning you can no longer justify use of force, of course you would then be an aggressor. Worded the way that it is, it would be some clown world rules where people have to call people by there preferred pronouns that the answer would be false 😳

This video completely prepared me for the test. Just recognize that question 2 is True and not false. The test literally took 5 minutes. Great video.

Your answer on the legal right to self-defense is incorrect. The question clearly states your right to self-defense ends when the threat is no longer present. Whoever in your explanation talk about initial threat, having dissipated or ceased. As long as you are still under threat, you have the right to self-defense if you are not under threat, you do not have the right self-defense, please change your answer
