agile kid for 440 , great point college gave him and get busy really really hard on his footwork. Ide also have that kid doing tons of explosive power training and a crossfit regime also . sprints with the sled and plates on it , trying to get as low as possible off the ball and really explode of the line , use those big long arms to rip through the line. if kid wants to work , challenge him hard .
@MrJohnshopkins53

This guy will never play a down in the NFL or college, the physicality of the game is too demanding for someone his size. his joints will not hold up, and he's way too slow to keep up with the speed of the game. so he should just enjoy is 15 minutes and work on his "Plan "B" or "C" sports ain't it..
@MrJohnshopkins53
8 жыл бұрын
well; maybe... but that's a lot of "if's" I think that a lot of people pushed him into the sport because he was so big,, like kids who are tall for their age get pushed into basketball and don't have the hops for the game.. you can't live everyone else's dream for you..got to have your own. some things can't be taught, they have to be indigenous.. take another look at the film ... he don't look like he has the heart.. the game gets much faster and more violent in college and pro, he will meet a lot more hungry prospects that want it more..
