It differs, I like to try to eat as clean as possible for me right now I’m cutting so I eat less. I try to only eat like chicken salad or chicken and rice. Basically cut out all snacks and eat low carbs and high protein if you are tying to lose weight. If you want to gain weight more carbs and high protein. For example if you are 180 and you want to gain muscle mass. You would want to eat around 210-220 grams of protein.

@@TheLastRell Okay Cool yeah I mean I’m pretty light definitely being a 5’4 Ass nigga 🤣🤣 I’m a Fat 135-140 so I definitely wanna Build some more muscle and get my weight up Thanks Man!!
