Calling all cops, we need you! Are you a drummer or another musician who is also active or retired law enforcement? If so, we want videos of you playing to help us promote “The Wounded Blue Light Up the Lake” event, and Drum Talk TV’s Founder Dan Shinder is the Master of Ceremonies at the event!
Simply submit a video of you playing, whether solo or with buddies to drumtalktv.com... and be sure to include “Wounded Blue” in the description field of the form with your other information. The Wounded Blue's Mission Is To Improve The Lives Of Injured And Disabled Law Enforcement Officers.
By working to de-stigmatize mental health within the law enforcement community through its Peer Advocate Support Program and community outreach, the Wounded Blue can ensure that you are never forgotten and never alone.
The Wounded Blue is the national assistance and support organization for injured and disabled law enforcement officers, a nationwide 501 © (3) charity that has touched the lives of more than 13,000 American law enforcement officers founded by veteran retired Las Vegas Police Lieutenant, author, speaker and actor, Randy Sutton. There are two ways anyone can support this amazing organization:
1. Come to our event in July - it’s open to the public and the info is at thewoundedblue...
2. A simple donation at the event page is greatly appreciated

• Live Music and other surprises too good to miss!
• This VIP Event is limited to 100 guests. Tickets are $1000 per VIP Guest.
Our hope is that you can share in the fun with our local community, law enforcement and beyond and help us reach our goal of $175,000.
The funds raised at “The Wounded Blue Light Up the Lake” event will be used:
• To help fund program costs directly impacting law enforcement officers here in Oregon and throughout the United States.
• To help to train and certify 75 additional Peer Support Advocates through our concentrated training program specifically designed to help those wounded in the line of duty & their families.
• These funds will help continue our mission of “NEVER FORGOTTEN, NEVER ALONE”
• This support will give us the ability to reach more of our Wounded Blue in offering Support, Education, Assistance and Legislation.
• Allow us to create the first of our State Chapters which we have chosen to be The Oregon Chapter of The Wounded Blue. The Oregon Chapter will service Oregon law enforcement officers and their families.
The 2024 “The Wounded Blue Light Up the Lake” will be a celebration of support for the entire law enforcement community and will help in our mission “to improve the lives of injured and disabled law enforcement officers” in Oregon and throughout the United States.
We truly appreciate your help and consideration to support The Wounded Blue and our signature fundraising event “THE WOUNDED BLUE LIGHT UP THE LAKE.”
