I was born in 71 and by the late 70s into the 80s and still now I have to be the biggest Cameo fan I know. Only attending one of their live concerts In my life i do remember yelling so loudly and so much that they kept looking to my direction in the crowd trying to make out how this person could've known the names the songs and all the things I yelled , no regular fan could've known . That whole Word Up album was a success. I felt that they worked on the other album too soon. The songs from Word Up was getting much air play. The rotation back then was slow.

Man Pat Buchanan on guitars wow! He always puts just the right touch on it, and helped shape their sound. Wish they have stayed together.
