@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ No, im wondering what you were washing off the meat? Seems counter intuitive..

robhimself79 Just watched the whole video again, and I’m not showing washing anything off The Chicken, I show pulling the silver skin off the ribs if that’s what you are referring to

@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ there was a comment to wash the chicken and the ribs, not that it was shown. It was implied that you should wash chicken or ribs before cooking. I only ask why would anyone need to wash chicken before cooking it unless there was foreign matter that was on it? Washing raw chicken only spreads pathogens around your kitchen.

Ok, now I understand, Its amazing how it seems that this subject is split down the center, If you wash the meat, you are criticized for washing, if you don't you are criticized for not washing. If I feel it needs to be washed because theirs blood or stuff then I wash it, if it looks good then I don't. In this case when a spatchcock I always wash after cutting to get rid of any pieces of bone or fat. Thanks again for watching and commenting

Hey Tom, nice pellet cooker , my question is what do you have your grill sitting while in use? Also do you know if Webber makes a blanket for their kettle grill?

Hey Tom! Just curious, what is your total grill count up to? Also, are you considering doing a grill clean up/detailing video? I think that would be interesting because your grills always look like new. Thanks! 👍🏻👍🏻 BTW, those ribs look great! Do you deliver to Colorado? 🤣🤣🤣

I think there's a group that meets once a week called GA (grillers anonymous) for those who are addicted to grills. Anyway, your collection looks like showroom quality Tom. Jay Leno would be proud of ya. I like the rib drippings on top of the chicken. Looks like a little more flavor on the chicken. It all came together great. Thanks.
