We like to sprinkle a bit of cheese once we flip them so while the down side is browning, the cheese is melting over the already cooked side. Served with a spot of good brown mustard or ketchup they make excellent snacks with a pint or throw them on a roll with some onion or slaw for an excellent sandwich! Love your recipe and the demonstration of how making a batter and such takes intuition rather than pulling out a bunch of measuring cups and spoons. Looking forward to the next video. Cheers!

These are just like the corned beef fritters I grew up with and now make for our family, slabs of corned beef are the best way to make them 😊

I have a much smaller whisk than that one which came out of a party cracker. That is the problem with living in an RV, one is short of space!

Hahaha! “ 2 tablespoons, thats like 2-300ml” 😂 Your measurement system cracks me up! I love watching you throwing handfuls of ingredients around. Don’t ever change. The OCDer in my is compelled to tell you 200ml is 10 tablespoons (Australian tablespoons are 20ml) just ignore her, she’s a know-it-all 😂 Never seen cornbeef fritters before! Next time i make some, I’m going to give those a taste test.
