Perfect build, like it very much. One thing though (as you will probably find out soon enough) The sink and the cooktop shouldn't be next to each other. It is very inpractical when you want to do the dishes... Moving the cooktop one spot over to the right (making it closer to the fidge) would be ideal... Maybe a little tip for the bunk beds. Traditionally bunk beds have some shallow storage underneath which can be reached by lifting the matras... very (sub)marine styly...

Lot of hard work gone into this. A few things concern me though. The cab and chassis flex. Fixing the cab to the body will push the stresses into the body which will have to twist. This will stress all the interior cabinets etc. Those patio doors are most likely illegal unless they are automotive spec glass. Side mounted seatbelts are illegal. You made a nice strong frame for the belts but the actual seating frame is wood which will collapse in an accident. That said, the interior fittings will most likely be torn from thier fixings which will injure (or worse) anybody in the area. If you look at commercially built campers, they use lightweight materials and fittings which are specced for vehicle use. Domestic products are totally unsuitable for this kind of build, especially if you have passengers in the habitation area. Would make a great static home but travelling in it would be risky.

Nice looking job but with a few concerns, not sure the Daf is the ideal base with a tilt cab < your going to allways have leaks or damp patchs > Maybe would have gone for a drop - box cargo box & a MAN chassis then you have allways got the choice of dropping the living part & driving off. A domestic patio sliding door ! what can i say its going to leak it aint built for the flexie side of trucks also if you get a lot of body flex on a rough road it could jump its rollers < have you thought of a drop down patio which could cover the doors whilst mobile ? > other windows single glazed thats going to sweat & be cold. THe whole idea is good in the USA its normal but in their specs they use bonneted cabs NOT tilt cabs in the long term body / chassis flex will be your worry .
