My valve come and works great. I'm saving a lot of money now. I'm very happy and thankful you left the link. I pushed it on and it filled about a quarter. I lifted it off and repeated the process and filled the can to nearly full. 👍👍👍👍👍 The HK link on eBay no longer sells these. Awesome video

very handy these - i have that exact adapter.. but you dont need to waste your time putting them in the freezer.. takes 2 to 5 mins to convert at the most while both are room temperature.
@googlesbitch

You need to freeze the container to be filled to lower the internal pressure. The other container can be left out in the sun light to raise the internal pressure to promote higher pressures which pushes liquid butane into the colder container. Turning the container upside down will allow the liquid to fill into the lower container while leaving the internal higher gas pressure of top container within top container. The container to be filled usually has a straw internally to limit amount of liquid that can be filled as a safety design to allow a small void inside container.

I'll elaborate on what zoom cat wrote. The empty can coming out of the freezer will have condensed creating a negative vaccum. If you warm up the full can under hot water the gasses will expand causing a positive pressure. As long as you are able to work with the canisters before they reach room temperature it works in this way...the empty one with the vaccum will pull the fuel down as it equalizes. And the full warm can will push the fuel down to relieve the positive pressure. Just mind the amount being transferred due to the rapid exchange you may over fill them.

I know, but in Ontario, Canada and most of Canada and the USA it is illegal to transport a refilled canister, Not illegal to refill it just transport it. I used to refill the smallest ones from the largest, both for my model boats and for camping, weighing the target one and keeping it to 80% of a full one, but ran out of usable small ones. I do refill small tanks for my boats, but now do it at the sailing site and run them dry before transporting them. (all the small tanks I use have been hydro tested to 350psig and I only refill them with butane)
