Hello again (and not for the last time) from freezing cold Sweden. This time I spent the night in a tent with a stove, which turned out to be quite a challenge. Extreme cold doesn't forgive mistakes, as I learned firsthand. I prepared reindeer meat with Swedish béarnaise sauce. It was tough, but it was beautiful!
