Real world tests are the best. I really don't trust youtubers that tell you how good or bad a product is. I like to see it being used IRL. Fun video.

I heated my old farm house 1,500 sq ft with 2 diesel heaters 2 years ago, worked good. Used just one until the temps got extra cold, then fired up the 2nd one. Now, I'm going to use some flexible dryer duct and put it around an extended exhaust (I already have both) and run a small DC fan at the bottom of the heater where the exhaust starts and split it off before it goes outside. I should be able to nearly double my heat output from 1 heater depending on the CFM of the fan. Easy and cheap way to increase efficiency.

I like your place! I like that the kitchen is upstairs! I would be less likely to go in and get a snack if I had to climb stairs! Good info! I live in Florida so I don’t need heat much but you never know! I’d definitely have one of those if I was somewhere cold!

I bought a 9k diesel heater for my truck camper because my thought process was ( I can always turn the thermostat down if it gets too hot ) I was unaware that these diesel heaters have a “high” and a “really high” and never shut off!!! Once it slows down I have to have every window open in my camper to keep it from reaching 90° F inside!! 🤮 One of my next upgrades is a smaller heater haha. Basically I’m saying they work awesome!! lol Great video 🤙

They are good! Used first time 3y ago on the peak of the hiking gas prices to warm my bungalow. Just like you, I keep air circulating in the house with a ventilation system I put many years ago to fight the mould and condensation, and all internal doors open. It helps spreading the hot air around. First diesel heater lasted 2,5 years, went through two winters full blast until the intake fan stopped working. Looks like it was a defective electronic board that you can buy spare. At that time I opened the burning chamber and it was clean as new, no carbon accumulation whatsoever. Decide to buy another one to heat my garage. Hope they keep the prices down as they are more and more popular. Now, living in a country where government makes everything for you to spend more, I believe at some point they will come up with something to turn them illegal for home heating, but until that happens, winter is warmed by these Chinese diesel heaters at my place. :D

If you use this Diesel heater in your honda van , you have to re-direct part the heat vent to the outside as this thing even on it's lowest setting will cook you out of your van , unless it's minus 10'c But they are fun to use for winter camping, The clicking of the fuel pump actually puts me to sleep. Enjoy Taylor PS nice Condo !!

Looks like he did a quick test setup. For real installs here is a couple details that are different. The combustion intake and exhaust should slope down to drain moisture. The cabin input and output are vented to cabin so you aren't heating cold air as much.
