According to the question asked, my explanation would be that when we try to increase the speed of that stone string contraption, you are increasing the angular velocity by which the stone rotates, due to this increased angular velocity the centripetal acceleration increases which basically means the the centripetal force I.e. tension in this case increases. Due to increase in angular velocity, you are providing the stone angular acceleration, and due to this angular acceleration the tangential acceleration increases, which increases the velocity. Therefore the perpendicular force does not have anything to do with increasing the velocity but just the fact that it is being spun faster will increase the tangential velocity. Increased tension in the string is a by product of increased angular velocity, many times if the rock is spun too fast, the string breaks and the rock goes flying tangentially. The string breaking signifies that there was an increase in tension force which went beyond the capacity of the string and eventually broke the string. Thanks.

If you consider tangential acceleration too, means accelerated circular motion... V(vec) = (mag)(v cap). Here "mag" = magnitude of velocity and "v cap" is the direction and "v(vec)" means velocity vector... And if we differentiate it wrt time you'll get dV(vec)/dt=[d(mag)/dt](v cap)+[d(v cap)/dt](mag) And you relate this equation with a (vec) = a(along velocity) + a(normal to velocity vector) ... You'll get Normal component of net acceleration= [d(v cap)/dt](mag).. this shows then the rate of change of direction of velocity vector multiplies by the magnitude of velocity give the normal component of the net acceleration...it also shows that, normal component only changes the direction of velocity vector..

seee the beaker is fully filled so when ice cube is placed a type of force called buoyont force act on it now for fully submerging or melting u can take here it must displace equal water from the beaker and hence there is no change inwater level as water has been displaced out but the coin here displaces the extra water and hence water level decreases as ofc coin is not participating in the quantity of water level

If we take ∆ t time then after ∆t magnitude of velocity =√(a∆t) ^2+v^2 ... So if ∆ t tends to zero magnitude of velocity tends to v But then why is direction changing? It's because if ∆t tends to zero angle deflected is tan inverse(a∆t/v) becomes extremely small, so, by a small angle it will rotate. So, if we consider here that small angle, then why are we ignoring the small change in v? Because if we expand it in series we get = v(1+(a∆t/v) ^2) ^(1/2) = v (1+1/2.(a∆t/v) ^2+•••) Since ∆ t is very small, the second term is not comparable to 1. So, it tends to v But if we expand the tan inverse (a ∆ t/v) = a∆t/v-(a∆t/v) ^3+••• But here the first term is however small, it is greater than other terms. That's why we can't ignore the first term and say zero. (Because ∆ t tends to zero doesn't mean ∆ t=0)

i think you must be confused as water becomes solid when frozen and you must be thinking that sound travels faster in solids right, well you see what happens is that water expands when frozen it is the only non metallic substance which expands when frozen because of it's unique arrangement of molecules (just remember this because you will eventually study it in later classes)due which it's volume almost expand at general condition about 9% which means less density, i hope that this explaination cleared your doubt
