which pc fan did you use? wanted to try it on my own but some fans couldnt generate over 1V altough the spin number was over 2000

do you not just times the volts with the amps? Whatever those fans use in amps...........? That electricity triangle thing hahaha I dunno

Quick question for a newbie, why does this generate AC current instead of DC, aren't they DC fans?

It is a brushless motor, which means it needs AC electricity. There is a small computer chip on the fan that converts DC into AC for the fan to run at the correct speed.

Hi how many volts can it generate? I was thinking of recreating and using something like an eletrical air pump to make it spin faster

It’s 12volt after I rewired it. That wouldn’t generate any more electricity than you use but it would be good for testing
