Found your box video. That is a very resourceful setup right there. Very well done. The shovel attachment is the icing on the cake.

I just did this on my machine last night and love it, what a great inexpensive but valuable add on. Thx for sharing. I removed the blue door decals and have a gal in my town making me custom graphics for the doors, looking forward to getting that on to give it a bit of a custom look. Also ordered Seizmik matching blue side mirrors and a set of Rok Blokz mud flaps. The wife and I are heading to Arizona on Dec. 1st for the winter, it's going to be a good winter lol. Keep the vids coming brother we appreciate it.

i stumbled on that same box back in march. now it seems there are posts and vids everywhere about this box. husky may be selling more of these to utv riders than what their intended purpose was! i was taking my buddys rzr (didn't have my rig yet) on a trip and didn't want to spend a bunch of money. funny, on his rzr if you take off the wheels it fits perfect. interesting how similar the beds are on a lot of machines. i was amazed at how well the box kept everything dry and clean. at first i didn't think it was that big, but you can pack a ton of stuff in it with room to spare. highly recommended.

I've had to line up bolts with objects too what I did was just put some paint or white out on top of the bolts and place your object on the bolts. Mark's it perfectly.

No need to use carriage bolts and grind them. Use 3/8 Galvanized Hex heads. They slide right in nice and tight. Instead of a hammer to mark the spots, use nail polish, paint pen, etc. on top of the bolts then the transfer it to the bottom of the case when you dry fit. Lastly, rather that cut the bolts off, buy bolts the right length. I used wing nuts instead of bolts so they are easy to get off when needed. Mine has been installed for 3 years and never had an issue.

Found the video on accident and went and bought the box and installed it on the same day on my 2019 can am trail. Didn’t need the shovel set up but I added eye nuts in the four corners for tie downs in case I needed to haul a bigger cooler or something.

This is awesome brother. I am loving all of your videos, I love my new machine and am watching all of your mods and reviews so i can make my choices, this Husky Box I am DEFINITELY doing, great video. In your video you referred to it as a 35 gallon Husky box, I was wondering you meant the 35 inch Husky box? I did some searching on Home Depots website and was able to find a 35 inch husky tool box and it looks like yours, just want to make sure I get the exact same one you have, and thank you.

Finally gave in and did this modification. The only thing that needs to be mentioned is that you cannot use the cargo rack extender from Can-AM. I will decide if I will trim the box or just not use it anymore.
