Lee Anderton is a really accomplished host. He's getting the best out of Dave but is at ease with Rob, Pete, Rabea and all his interview guests. Unless I’m mistaken, the Eyemaster pedal is supposed to emulate the “Chainsaw” Guitar Tone of the Swedish Death Metal scene, particularly that of the album Wolverine Blues by Entombed; there is actually a track on that album called “Eyemaster” and the font on the pedal face is similar to that on the cover of the album :)

Kirk is the reason I play guitar today. When I listened to Call of Ktulu off the Ride The Lightning album it immediately became the heaviest song I had ever heard and the guitar work of both James and Kirk made me want a guitar. My dad took me to my local shop and told me that I could get whatever I wanted regardless of price, because I was going to make the monthly payments. He got the financing for me and that's it. Even though Kirk is The Man, I prefer his rhythm over his lead, even though I do love his lead. Like Eddie, the rhythm is where he shines.
