Week 1 of 16 towards running a sub 31:30 10k is in the books! Consistent running, along with a few short workouts and strength sessions has this first week feeling like a success. This week was filled with creating a training schedule and setting up goals and other running non-negotiables that I'll commit to while I build for my event.
