Thank you, will try and keep the videos coming 👍 good luck at Donny, think your running the national circuit, some people say that's better but I did enjoy the extra Melbourne loop and not been around the national so can't say. Enjoy 😊

Coaching is key.. one off investment pays forward for all subsequent track days. Another tip is “white line to white line”.. didn’t see you once get close to the edges/apex’s of the track.. Pick one corner on track and just try and master that.. push the braking further.. carry more corner speed.. trail brake more.. get on gas earlier.. play with the gears.. All helps understanding what you and the bike likes 👍🏻

Yes definitely, I went to a jamie whitham 2 dayer, newest video on my chanel, interesting about the white line, I definitely don't use all the track so that's something for me to improve on, however the instructors at Anglesey who were both bsb riders were telling us to enter in the middle of a hairpin, late apex and get on power early for a better drive out. Obviously everyone has their own riding style and I'm still learning so taking on all advice. Be back out there again soon I'm sure, cheers 👍

Good videos Dan, I’ve only been riding on track 12 months and decided to jump up to fast group and it made a big difference! 4-5 seconds better at donni on my 675R now doing 1:47 on my video, still so much to learn like you, my one advice like everyone else is spend money on training rather that racing for a few more months, I have done 1 day 1-1 with Msv at cadwell and we hardly talked about body position or knee down, all in lines and vision and you will be surprised what lap times you can do while being at less lean angle and risk! Hope to see you out on track with another triple💪

Hi James, thank you very much for your comment! I will take a look at some of your videos. I did get a small amount of tuition at the Anglesey JW day which is also on here if you fancy a look. But ye I agree I probably do need to improve a fair bit really before I go racing. Other people do say just go for it and you will speed up soo much just from racing. Hard one, will see how things pan out. Wheres your next track day?

@@dan_the_drifter321 at oulton park for 2 days in July, then hoping to get another in August before I take my test day for ACU, like you I’m from down south so everything is a trek! I only live 30 mins from castle Combe but noise restrictions! Interestingly I have the same scorpion exhaust as you, did you have to have baffle in at NGRR test day for Acu at Combe?

@jamesmackie2844 ah nice, I fancy oulton too! Well because that was a "test day" as such it wasn't as tight as usual, they said I blew 98db with the baffle in but only around 6k revs if i remember correctly, I am a little worried as I've booked a normal track day there in July and think I might struggle to pass noise now as people say they make you rev it nearly 3/4 revs on a normal combe day? Have you not managed to pass with yours there in the past? If you are on Facebook or insta, feel free to give me a message as be interested to hear how you get on👍
