Great discussion… both partners got to check in and give each other the attention/alone time that the other needs!! With Esso not even the fact his wife is working too hard or starting a lot different business it’s the fact that she is not spending enough quality time w him. He is clear!! quality time for most men is sex.. he just got communicate that in a way not hurtful to her!!! Also he should practice self control… COMMUNICATION IS KEY!! THERAPY IS KEY!!!

Can't knock the hustle, problem is that the female hustler who prioritized said hustle over relationships eventually has a clock ticking mad loud having them either try to do marriage+kids like a 2 minute drill while down by 15, or double down on said hustle well past the wall into bitter auntie status. And in most cases the hustle isn't even paying them enough to save for retirement given the average Black woman makes several thousand less than the average working Black man who earns 40k. The real hustler tho is said employers using up most women of their prime and youth as their primary focus in life. Pimps ain't got nothing on the hold a regular check-to-check job got on today's "busy" women.

@@houseofmatrix6174 Or because life is hard out here and we can’t wait around for a man to marry us eventually? I went to one of my favorite lunch places today and their western omelette went from $6to almost $10 because of what’s been going on in the world. Men won’t alway be there so why not make sure you can take care of yourself? It’s not always that deep. And let’s not pretend that men don’t busy themselves into work for unhealthy reasons too. People heal emotional wounds behind work, sex, drugs, alcohol, and food.

He sounds all kinds of selfish. I can’t stand when men pick wives who are career-driven, pavement pounding, success driven superstars but then complain that he’s not getting the cookie everyday because she’s tired. These men know DAMN well that there are a plethora of women who would murder his wife in cold blood to be the next one chosen for that lifestyle. There are plenty of women who don’t have any general ambitions in life and will become someone’s wife and mother with no objection. She’ll cook the food, clean the house, mind the kids, sex him up when he gets home. There are too many women around dying to live a life where she can just fall back and let a man do him for him to be carrying on like this. It’s his fault that he married the woman that he chose. I would honestly only date the man in the middle because he’s the only one who knows what it means to be in a partnership.

So because he doesn't have self-control, self-contentment, and an insatiable sex drive, she's not allowed to pursue endeavors that keep her being her. I don't hear what he's saying as she needs balance; he's saying she needs to stop.

If you guys take topic suggestions... I’m interested in a conversation surrounding dating, finding your person as a woman over the age of 30, with a bachelor’s degree or higher, high earner, and childless. Here is some context, some red pill communities here on KZitem says... these women have hit the wall. They should settle because they didn’t prioritize marriage in their 20s, they should accept what comes and lower their standards/ expectations, then it’s the geriatric pregnancy thing.... I’m talking about me dammit!!! Lol these communities have no advice/ conversation for women like myself. So... I think your platform would be great for this topic. Please consider. 🙏🏾

The advice is in the message. You are at an age where men that you want. Men that you could love and respect are more then likely going to go for the younger women. You are competing with father time and younger women. So is it possible to find your dream man? Yes it's possible. Is it probable? No. The stats are not in your favor. So at this age you might have to lower your original standards of your dream man to find a man that will commit to you and give you monogamy. I hope this helps. My sister is 38 years old. No kids. A high powered attorney. Makes 200k a year. She doesn't have a man because she believes that she doesn't have to settle or lower her standards. She's dated ball players, attorneys, Dr's and other high value men when she was younger. She feels like those type of men should commit to her at 38. That's just not probable. She is fucking miserable. Her huge home. Her luxury cars. Her red bottoms and expensive clothes and jewelry are not fulfilling for her. Now I have a good friend that has been obsessed with her for 4 years. Hes 3 years younger. He's 5ft8. In shape. Good looking. He owns his own plumbing company with 8 employees. He clears 80k after investing back into his business. He's very successful. Why won't she date him? He doesn't make enough and he isn't tall enough. She's 5ft5. I try to give her advice. She feels like she will be the exception. She's a strong black independent woman who don't have to settle. She has already frozen her eggs.

What the gentleman said is spot on... especially now that men are generally walking away from relationships and outside of kids, marriage is a financial risk for men. Are you willing to put your career on the backseat (or damn near full stop) to put the family first?
