The 767-foot ship Philip R. Clarke arrived under the Aerial Lift Bridge on Lake Superior in Duluth, MN. I made sure to answer a frequent question during this video. Can people ride up on the Duluth Aerial Lift Bridge? Unfortunately, that answer is no. During this video you will hear bells on the bridge going off, which indicates that the bridge will be in operation momentarily. You will then see pedestrians quickly walking off the bridge before it lifts. I explain what happens before the bridge lifts if you're a person on the bridge when those bells go off.
You will also see the ship arrive and a powerful horn blast from the ship and bridge.
