YES. Several drops of rosemary oil mixed in castor oil and rubbed in my scalp 3 times a week has actually filled in my thinning hairline. My hairstylist is shocked. It's taken about 7 months to grow a little over an inch but I was literally going bald before so I'll take it!

Facts!!! I lost a significant amount of weight in a short period of time & I lost a lot of hair as a consequence. Now I use rosemary w mint oil and castor oil before I wash my hair. When the hairs were growing back in I actually thought it was more breakage and hair loss, but my hairdresser told me "No that's all re- growth!!! " 😊. I learned this from another video and I’ve been doing it for over a year. I get a bit of of my shampoo on the palm of my hand, I add 4-5 drops of rosemary essential oil and add a bit of water. I make a lather and plop it on top of my scalp and spread around with my fingers. I then use a scalp massager and I delicately go around my scalp and massage with it. It’s very soothing and that has helped immensely with my hair loss.

@@gymfoodie20_42 NOT true. Rosemary is not what is considered a “hot” oil and can be used alone however, it is about the QUALITY that makes it a FACT that u can use it alone. Basically if it does NOT have a NPN# on it, do NOT use it on your skin. ‘Diffuse ONLY. IF it is PURE like a brand such as Young Living or DōTerra, that is just fine. As a matter of fact, the study that was done at Aberdeen Infirmary continued to follow up with patients post study to see how they were doing with their own follow up which is certainly a different way to do a study but it is a Naturopathic product so anything goes. One of the questions was “Are you still using Rosemary Oil and if yes, what brand and how?”. As it turned out, over 50% of the participants of the original Study had indeed continued to use Rosemary, They were adding 15ml of PURE cold distilled Rosemary to their shampoo (any shampoo, the type did not have any bearing because it was everything from Boots to Oribe. The bottle size of shampoo was 150 mls. Their growth had continued and stayed healthy with the continued use. Some admitted to adding it to their conditioner as well (same ratio…15ml Rosemary to 150ml of Conditioner) and have continued to use both with great success. I am a Nurse Practitioner (Ret. Now due to illness) however I have worked on 3 Continents and 11 Countries and I have learned far MORE from the people I served than I ever did in Uni. I learned so much about nature and natural medicine that were Naturopathic Medicine been around when i went to school I would have gone in that direction. I had asked a “Medicine Woman” with one of the Indigenous Tribes that I had the honor to work with about just this topic….she has AMAZING HAIR. So think that my ponytail holder went around HER HAIR ONCE…..it went around mine three or four times LOL. She told me she used Rosemary, Aloe Vera (COLD pressed), Tea Tree Oil and Lavender. Each oil had its own “job” to do. They were mixed a week before using and the ratios were equal to each other. She said you could make up to 2 weeks at a time as it sits for one week. After the sitting you only have 2 weeks to use the remainder of the mixture. She kept it in a dark bottle in a cool room. She used it every morning from scalp to tip of her hair. One day I saw her using another bottle that I had not seen her use before…..I asked her what it was and she replied that it was an ORGANIC liquid Melatonin! I was kind of lost but then I found out a little more about ORGANIC LIQUID melatonin (You can do your own research as it is really fascinating) a short version from MY Naturopathic Doctor was that she understood completely WHY. Liquid ORGANIC Melatonin on the body acts like a hormone and stimulates the follicles as well as assists in keeping ALL of the other ingredients TOGETHER as a binder so to speak. (Again, the same ratio of Organic Liquid Melatonin to whatever amount you are making) she agreed with pretty much everything this amazingly brilliant “Medicine Woman” said. She agreed that the Melatonin would work well in this mixture and she had learned a lot about these in school as hair loss is a big deal for so many people especially Oncology patients and their skin is so delicate and fragile that she explained what the “job” of each product was for. Needless to say, Interesting is an understatement!! I urge people to speak to their own Naturopathic doctor especially if they have one with their designation having had worked I Oncology. They are a rare breed with a lot of education on the job vs class room which IMO is the BEST. When I became ill and started to lose my long waist length Ginger hair…..I was looking at You Tube wanting to learn how to tie a noose I was THAT depressed. I was in the darkest place I had ever been as my hair was ME, it was how I was KNOWN. I felt like a piece of my heart was lost….it was not vanity, it was truly and purely a piece of my personality. I became introverted, sullen, negative….all things that NO ONE who knew me would ever describe me as. I started to use this concoction with the Organic Melatonin. I added it to my Shampoo AND Conditioner as well as using it as a scalp treatment. More is MORE…..right? LOL. The antithesis of all I have learned and taught. Well, my hair is now to the middle of my back (3-4 years) as I have had it cut several times. It is thick and…..here is the kicker……..It is WHITE. As in Platinum WHITE. My Daddy has Platinum Hair as well. He was Irish so his beard was ginger as is my Baby Brothers who is also slowly getting strawberry blonde with a LOT of WHITE. PLATINUM BLONDE it is called. I even had a woman run up to me in a frenzy and ask “WHO does your hair??It is beautiful! I a paying over $200 a month for my Daughter to have hair your color and it looks nothing like that!! Please tell me what the name of your Salon is!”….. well, I was caught off guard so that was awkward……I just looked at her and said “God”. She stared at me for a minute and.I thought “Uh-oh…..I hope she knows I was NOT joking???” And she FINALLY spoke…..and I couldnt make this up if I tried…….she said “I don’t know that Salon, Could you write it down for me?” And she started to hand me a piece of paper…….So, I wrote on it “GOD, GOD does my hair. Not a Stylist, not a Salon. God. I am blessed genetically as well as spiritually. I am sorry but your Daughter does NOT want to go through what I have gone through to get this hair. Tell her to just BE HERSELF.”. I handed her the note and smiled and told her to have a beautiful day and I walked away. She shoved the paper in her bag and walked the other way waving “Thank YOU SO MUCH!!!”. So, yes, Rosemary Oil DOES work alone on your head. However, I have done ALL of those ingredients by themselves and alone and I can not tel you enough that the entire line up of ingredients done the way I was taught by the Medicine Woman as well as adding the Organic liquid melatonin into BOTH my shampoo and conditioner was the “IT” factor for me along with using it 1-2 times a week on my scalp and hair as a treatment under a shower cap for a couple of hours. My hair is amazing and I love it. I miss my Ginger dearly however, no chemicals for me thank you. All natural. It works. Just remember to rinse well and keep any “leave on” afterward OFF of your scalp. Try hard to NOT use any of that garbage on your scalp. I Even use a SPF on my scalp now as it is PINK. Bright brand new baby pink. I wear hats and I use an amazing SPF so THAT is something to ask a Derm about. Anyway, there is a novel that I hope explains the why and how and who. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. I was blessed as I LIVED mine. Even with what I went through….I am still blessed every day to have lived a beautiful life and worked everywhere on this big blue marble. To have learned when I was to be teaching and to teach when I was to be learning. Blessed. No other word says it better. NOW, I spend my days staying happy and positive to the best of my ability. Some days SUCK and some are miraculous. No matter what is thrown at me, Every single day is a GIFT. Learn something new every day. Then you KNOW you are LIVING and not just being alive. A huge difference. Be well and G-d Bless.

I don't use rosemary oil, but for the past few days I have been using a homemade recipe for rosemary tonic, and has been helping a lot to reduce the oiliness of my hair , leaves it very soft and shiny, besides that a lot of new hairs are growing. I heated about 300ml of water with 4 cloves and turned off the heat when the water was about to boil. I put a spoonful of rosemary, covered it and left it for a few hours . I use it 3x a week and it has made a lot of difference to my hair (Edit: I started using the tonic 1 day before I changed my hair color, that was July 14th. Today, August 4th, my root has already grown about 1 centimeter and my hair extension looks a lot healthier, even more if you take into account all the things I've done with it lol)

@@colonelbreadsticks of course! Is very simple. First you need 300 ml of water, and put 4 cloves there. @@amnakhan3746 I cannot give you 💯 guarantee that it is some miracle plant. There are lots of factors that affect our hair, skin or overall health, including genetic. As for rosemary ( oil or otherwise), it's all natural, it will take time to see results. You have to use it atleast for 3-4 months to see improvement. Then continue still... If you want only natural remedies for hair growth, there is a lady "Preity Prena" KZitemrs you can see her videos. Good luck 👍

Hi guys i try 20 ml of each oil , pumpkin seed, black seed, castor oil and rosemary put it on my scalp and massage it in then rub excess towards the ends of the hair, i do this once or twice a week to promote hair growth , leave in over night and wash thoroughly with shampoo, I've started doing this after some research you can double or triple the quality if you don't want you always refill it, however please do your own research and see what best suits you as I know some people can be allergic to certain products, my research was based on KZitem channel I watched and reviews about products and then made my own conclusion on how much to use to see how it works and so far so good , so what I use is based on my own opinion of what I think works best on me

@@Mahralsnow Yes, but you have lower your cortisol levels by reducing stress as much as you can. That's the cause of TE. Also enough sleep is key. Apply rosemary oil on clean scalp and hair and massage gently. Cover it with a shower cap/ towel and leave it for at least 2 hours. Then wash it again. Once or twice a week. Also instant coffee (dissolved in water) on your hair shampoo would stimulate hair follicles to grow. Notorious results are usually seen after a month.

My hair is longer than her hair and naturally silky soft, and I use any oil I get and any shampoo I can find for a lower price. And sometimes, if I am out of shampoo, I use the body wash 😅. For people who want to know how. One, it is genetics that does the central part; both my parents have very, very light hair, but their brothers and sisters have thicker hair. Since my childhood, I always keep my hair oiled. I always have oil in my hair ( in moderate quantity ) my hair is always braided. I don’t blow dry it and do so only when necessary. I shampoo only twice a week and every day if I am going to the gym. I use a comb to activate the blood flow. A very, very, very big NO NO to conditioner; instead, I use the oil. No hair colors. I use natural Heena if required. I prefer embracing my age ☺️. I always protect my hair from the sun with a scarf. Use a pillow with smooth silky texture ( I don't use one, but it helps with static hair for my daughter ). Braid your hair when going to sleep. And yes, Castro oil does wonders when used with other oils. I have never tried it with rosemary. But I will do so soon and see what difference it will make 😊

Reminder that there is no miracle treatment for hair, how your hair looks is 90% genetics. The best thing you can do for it is eat a good diet with lots of fruits, veg, and protein. And make sure you’re getting sufficient nutrients especially iron. Masks and oil treatments can help hair health but it will not be such a dramatic difference. Also if you’re struggling with hair loss, dry scalp etc and nothing helps, it could be hormonal problems (such as underactive thyroid) so it’s worth getting blood tests
