I took almost 3 months off.
So, It seems that I forgot the feeling I used to have when i made videos
.
The wired microphone broke, so I was very upset and bought a wireless microphone,
but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
It's unimaginable in Korea where the average delivery is less than 24hours.
This video is about making a basic traditional pound cake.
Because it doesn't have any baking powder, It's quite dense.
If you want denser one than this recipe, (I used plain flour), use the soft flour and add more flour.
It is delicious to eat as soon as it's baked,
but it tastes even better if you let it sit for a day.
Ingredients

Unsalted Butter - Room Temperature - (250g)
1 cup of sugar (240ml, 200g)
1 pinch of salt
5 eggs (250g)
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract (7g)
1+3/4 cup plain or soft flour (420ml, 250g)
Baking pan ; 11cm x 21cm x 6cm
Oven ; 180 degrees (355F) for 60 minutes without fan running.
