How do you feel when you hear someone chewing, slurping or even breathing? If like Ruth, it sends you into a total rage - you could be suffering from the neurological condition misophonia. While many people find certain sounds off-putting or annoying, misophonia causes sufferers to have a disproportionately negative reaction to specific things they hear. But what are it’s triggers, and how can you treat it?
