If you look at most of the models on the website under community showcase, they're unusable. The feet on some characters are connected by a glob of polygons and the textures are typical AI mish mash slop (looks fine until you examine it for more than a couple seconds). The wireframe looks like a high density remesh job (in other words, topology incompatible with animation). You can say all day long "oh it'll be good in a couple years, just wait!" but we live in 2024 and imo this would be a waste of money (if you use the paid version) unless you needed a bunch of simple static props that are supposed to be like, way off in the distance. But like... if you're willing to spend money on 3d models why not just buy some from a 3d market place. They'll be better quality, easier to edit and customize to your liking and you're supporting someone's work. And of course there's the question of "where did the training data come from?" but that's an entirely different can of worms.

In any way, these companies are doing these things with not copyrighted data because law says that these are copyrighted by the artist or entity who pay them to do these jobs, you don't have to go to copyright office to register it. You made is yours. The models look awful and those are not something the you put in your artstation let alone to be use any game. In addtion, we work from a concept where you have to understand the model and also use the same brushes and same style by using same tools too. Not like a ramdon soup of 3d models everywhere. But I can see this one being used for quick animatics but nothing final production ready....unless the purpose is to look like melted clay with poor paint job/textures. Or maybe useful if 3d asset is not important on the screen or used in the distance. But trying to fix it for a production ready asset will be a nightmare. This is the wrong A.I. implementations on 3DCG. The correct and perhaps the "humane" way to utilize A.I. into the "Traditional" 3DCG is by using it to improves rendering qualities. i.e. Artists/Animator can use A.I. as the final "compositions" to render objects/models with relatively low Poly Qualities into Photo realistic results in still images or animated movies and save huge amount of resources on GPU processing and times. The current A.I. processing is indeed still on the "7 fingers, warped feet, odd ambient" but the future correct development and goals should led the A.I. to be able gives, in this case as an examples a PSX player of 1996 Tomb Raider PSX(OG) a graphical quality to the 2013 Tomb Raider.

Kind of unfair the pricing thing on this one. It wants credits for the generation of the model (understandable) BUT also, it wants credits to download the generated model . (kind of ransom here, doesn't it ?) And also texturing also costs credits . Im afraid to ask if im allowed to breathe XD . Good thing I know how to model and these things ares still not advanced enough to replace me . It looks good as a quick model mashup that you can work on and I find it useful as a idea, but they have to fix that credit spending . When I pay per generation : 1> I want one amount of credits spend for the model that is textured and I can download it . Not 3 separate payments . 2> I want a preview in order to know if I want to spend my credits on the model or not ! As is, I can spend all my credits on badly generated stuff and it wont be my fault !
