Adam Sud has used a plant-based diet as a key component to his maintain sobriety for many years. He wanted to see whether it was possible to replicate the success.
He and lead researcher Tara Kemp, PhD, join “The Weight Loss Champion” Chuck Carroll to talk about what happened when patients at a rehab facility began eating a plant-based diet as part of their recovery program.
The results appear to offer hope to those struggling with drugs, alcohol, and depression.
