Portable angle grinders are increasingly becoming the tool of choice for bicycle thieves and, sadly, there are very few compact bike locks that can withstand sustained attack from a 'grinder blade. Hiplok claims that it's new D1000 bike lock is capable of holding out against a bike stealing tool... So, naturally Cycling Weekly's tech editor Michelle Arthurs-Brennan - with the help of a mysterious assistant - broke out her power tools and set to work!
