Omg I have just cracked open my daisy wine after 4 months of maturing (not long I know but it had to be done) your recipe has literally been followed to the enth degree and WOW I’m so impressed it tastes better than most white shop noughts I’ve had and I’ve had some good wines Very impressed and I will be going through all of your recipes (I’ll miss the ones you say to) I’m so pleased I’m watching the video again so I can do about 10 demijohns worth lol

Great video, I just found some really good tomato juice today so I'm trying with 2 litres to see how it turns out. I have also 10 litres of pineapple and cranberry and 10 litres of cranberry on the go.

Little Ronnie is looking so big 😁. Such a blue eyed cutie pie! 🥰. Nice to see you back in the kitchen, the green screen was ok but it’s nice to see you in the home with some noise and fun goings on. Hope you’re all well, how is Dee? Haven’t seen her in a while xx

Just yesterday started making dandelion wine, rhubarb is poking though the ground, can't wait. Was wondering if you can use Black Eye Susan flowers, we have a few of them around in june ? Was going to pick more dandelion flowers and freeze them for later. Your son is so cute 🤗. See you at the taste test🤗

What about ox eye daisies?

okay, 2 quick questions. so i picked the daisies, but I put them in cold water to clean them. there was few dandelions there too. should I rid of this water or measure the amount to add it as a cold 'top-up' to my sugar solution??? (is there going to be any important flavours left in that water bath that I put my daisies in to wash them, would the dandelions presence affect it?) Also the only yeast that I have at home is fast action dried yeast from the supermarket... Or nutritional yeast flakes. Can I use any of those instead or do I need to order some special ones? If so, which and where from??? Thank you

Hi buddy I’m doing this wine also and would ask when it goes into the warm place into the demijohn how long would you leave it before drinking 6m to a year?
@HappyHomestead

This one does mature quite quickly, being a flower wine it won't benefit from a long age, so, 3 to 6 months. Longer then a year it'll loose the floral notes
